*CAT SITTING ONLY* 🐱💓💓 I work at a veterinary clinic in Altrincham (Barrington Lodge Vets) as an animal care assistant, this is teaching me real animal care. I am planning to go on to train as a vet nurse! I understand allergies in animals, medication they need and most importantly the positive enforcement they need for a happy life. Working here has allowed me to understand different behaviours in cats, which I find very interesting! I have a true love for animals and would do anything in order to help them! I volunteer in my spare time at Carrington Saving lives, we mainly look after cats here, where I have learnt different cat behaviours and how to respond to different cats and their needs. I also have fostered kittens in the past and nursed them back to good health! I have grown up around animals and currently have a 6 month old rescue kitten 💓💓Hopefully from this you can tell I am very animal orientated!

Holly was wonderful looking after our cat Jasper whilst we were away for 4 nights. The regular updates were really reassuring and helped us feel at ease and relax whilst on our holiday ☺️ She did everything we asked of our when feeding Jasper, including giving his medication in the mornings. Would absolutely recommend Holly and will use again 🌟
Holly was perfect, update every day with pictures of my cats, she did a fantastic job, thank you Holly to take good care of my cats.
Holly did a great job looking after our 2 cats whilst we were away for a week. Both cats seemed very happy when we returned and Holly kept us up to date with photo updates on every visit. Far less stressful for the cats than going to a cattery.
First time I have left my 11 year old cat's in someone else's care! Am extremely grateful to Holly for her kindness, reliability, great communication and perseverance in gaining their trust. I received regular updates and photo's, and was able to enjoy my holiday, confident in the knowledge that my fur babies were in good hands! I will definitely be using Holly's services again, and would not hesitate to recommend her to other's, seeking good, reliable pet care.

I am very conscious when it comes to animal care. I understand this will be my main responsibility when looking after your little friend. I keep my own dog safe in my fenced garden and while at roe Clare we ensure the dogs are safe when on walks by using a slip lead, ensuring if they get spooked they won’t be able to slip out of a collar/ harness. Also will the cats, I am certain to close any doors behind me, this being at the vets and cattery. It would break me know a cat went missing because I wasn’t alert.

A typical day
It’s important to keep dogs entertained, there’s a lot of enrichment activities for older dogs. I also can help to train any dogs, if needed ( basic training). I also will never get tired of throwing a ball and dangling string for a cat, seeing them happy and playful is the goal!

I work weekdays normally 4/5. I have mornings and evenings available, I am mostly free weekends but can be flexible to when needed, happy to do 1 or 2 visits a day :)
