Pet care experience
I’m a full-time professional who loves doggos, kitties, trails, and long distance running. I grew up with dogs and cats, taking care of them and taking them running and walking. I want a dog of my own, but currently have a 19-year old Tabby who is NOT a fan of other animals getting attention in her queendom. I’m playful, energetic, attentive to your pet's needs, and value integrity. I go running early mornings, and would love to take your dogs for a pre-work jaunt. I would love to take your dog on a run, on a walk on the beach, or to the dog park. You can trust me to wear your dog out, bring them back on time, and look forward to the next visit. I bring a calmer energy to cats, as I know that most cats prefer their own humans to anyone else. After some time warming up with some scratches, I find that most cats enjoy my loving and attentive care. I would be honored to take your furry family member walking, running, or drop in on them.

Your animals will be well cared for with Holly! She has many years of experience with cats, dogs and other animals, even gerbils! Holly truly cares about the well-being of animals - they will be on their own pet vacay when with her! When she has looked after my dog Aggie, she makes sure she is well-fed, exercised, played with, and happy. She is very communicative about your pet's needs with you up front. She makes sure to keep them safe and entertained with games, walks, hikes, etc. You will be pleased with your pet's mood upon pickup; Aggie is always calm & content. A typical day
My days start early, so I am flexible on pick-up/drop-off times up until 10 a.m. Your pet and I will enjoy the fresh air that Ventura offers by walking through neighborhoods, trails, or the beach (whatever you prefer), all while getting some physical and mental stimulation. I like to let your dog sniff and poke around bushes if they are interested, but am always sure to respect others' property and keep your dog moving. I enjoy talking with your dog and giving positive reinforcement, as well as stern verbalizing of boundaries if your dog is crossing them. Your doggo will be returned home happy, healthy, and hopefully worn out for a little while.
