Pet care experience
Begining with my childhood dog, and currently with my 1 year old rescue dog, and 2 year old cat, I’ve watched, cared for, walked, done weekly stays, and simply been a companion for countless animals. I’ve been relied on by several family friends & coworkers to do all of the above, and never without hesitation. Last year I helped raise newborn lab puppies for the first 8 weeks of their lives until they went to their forever homes. Caring for animals has been a passion of mine for as long as i can remember and something that brings me great joy. Taking my dog on our daily walk isn’t just his favorite part of the day but it’s mine too.
Reviews
Holly is a trusting, kind and motivated person who has a great respect for all animals, especially dogs. Holly volunteered to assist me in taking care of a litter of puppies. She was always gentle, very good at following the protocols and above all loving, caring and always positive with our puppies and dogs. You won’t find a better pet care giver than Holly!
Holly has been integral to the raising of my almost six month old lab puppy, Naga. She is dependable and so caring toward my sweet girl. Naga knows her name and gets so excited to see her. Holly knows and reads dogs extremely well and I would recommend trusting her with any pets that need care!

Safety, trust & environment
When it comes to my own dog, I have a fenced in yard and always consider my surroundings when letting him outside. Unless fenced in, or really well trained, I find it important that dogs stay on a leash outside. I understand the importance of crate training and giving the dog boundaries within the home. The client’s expectations and requirements of the care of the dog in their home is always of utmost importance. When walking dogs, I always consider the area, weather, and familiarity of my surroundings before I go off. I am always prepared on a walk with my phone in case of emergencies, extra poop bags, the leash, and some treats.
Information Holly P. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if your dog has any particular needs or special things to know about them before I meet them. I think it is important to know how your dog interacts with both people they know and don’t know and the same about other dogs. I think it is important to know how active they are, how long of a walk they desire, when they are to be fed, how often they get treats. If there are any things that make them excited and on the contrary frightened, overstimulated, or aggressive. Does your dog like swimming or playing in water? Do they prefer playing fetch over going for a walk? Etc.
A typical day
I love to take dogs on neighborhood walks, trails, hikes, and through the park. I think it’s crucial that dogs get daily excersise and movement, just like humans. Whether it be through play, fetch, running around, or going for a walk, I will undoubtdly satisfy your dogs needs.
