About this sitter: I have always had a love for animals. I just resigned after several years as director of an 501 c (3) not for profit animal rescue group. I would help take the animals from the high kill shelters before they were gassed, transport, bathe and take them to the vet for a check up and shots. From there I would either foster them or find foster homes for them until they found their forever homes. It was very rewarding. I also hold a fundraising event called the HOGS for Dogs, where all profits go to the animals needing rescued. I have a few dogs myself and a cat. I have had animals since I was 7 years old and am working on my dog training certificate. I am experienced handling most furry animals but not reptiles. If it has fur I'm good to go. I have had rabbits, guinee pigs and hampsters. I promise to treat your dog like my own. You can go on vacation and know your dog will be well taken care of. I can provide a lot of references including one from my vets office. My goal is to open an animal sanctuary someday but until then I can pamper yours. my charge would vary by the amount of visits per day. $15.00 per visit for one dog or cat and then depending on the other animal and services needed would depend on my additional rate. I can take 1 small dog over night for $30.00 a night at my house. They have free roam of house if they are house trained. I can let them sleep in a kennel at night or if they are use to sleeping in bed with you then they can cuddle with me all night. I work from home most of the time so I will be here if not, I own my own office building and can take them with me every where I go. They love going through the drive through at the bank because they get a free treat. I will pamper them the entire time they are with me. I can also take care of cats at your home if you have any and if you want me to bring in the mail, newspaper, water plants, etc. I can absolutely do those things too.
