Pawsitively Furr You ☺️🐾

Pet care experience

To know me is to love animals. I truly believe my purpose on this planet is to save animals. I want to help my friends, community, and our babies by extending my arms and opening my home to you. I want to love your babies & make your life easier. 🥰 I fully communicate with animals like they are my friends; they are the best company. I truly believe animals are so smart and if you spend the time with them and make them feel included, we would be amazed at the love and company they bring into our hearts. I work for a law firm but my schedule is very flexible. I can work around your schedule and able to work from home. Please let me know how I can accommodate. I have a fenced in yard with a doggy door to provide inside and outside access for your pet. I also will stay in your home if that’s what you prefer. Anyway I can make your life easier, we can make it work. I’m very flexible :)

Holly was wonderful. Toby is our shy scared pup and Hollys loving nature worked so well with him. He was playing and having a blast with her other fur friends and family before the visit ended. Angel, our outgoing pup, was in heaven at Hollys house. She was playing and making herself at home the minute we dropped them off. Holly send photos and videos and shared the fun the pups did while visiting her. Toby loved watching the fish in her aquarium and both pups made themselves at home with the family. Our pups were loved and treated like family. Thank you Holly for taking such great care of our babies

I hate to be this person but I feel I should warn others. Holly was very exceptional during the first 2 days of watching my dog. She sent pictures keeping me updated and I thought that was so awesome of her. This was my first time using a dog sitter and she helped ease my fear until the second day when I received a call that my dog was attacked by another dog. She contacted me immediately and sent pictures of his injuries. I could not tell how bad his injuries were so I asked her to take him to the vet. She then called me and her and her boyfriend tried to reassure me that his injuries were just scratches and were not bleeding. I then asked if she could just clean “the scratches” and keep and eye on him until I got back in town. I should have went with my first mind and pushed for him to go to the vet. When I got back in town I picked him up and tried to look at his wounds but Holly’s boyfriend had placed a thick pasty substance over his neck and I could not see how bad his injuries were. When I got him home he was not himself at all. He was basically in shock. He would not play, he barely ate. He just slept the whole time. I later tried to wash away the pasty substance on his wounds to see his injuries for myself and omg my poor baby looked as if he had been mauled. From what I could see he had a hole in his neck that definitely needed sutures and was not a “scratch” that Holly and her boyfriend described. I took him to an ER vet who assessed and told me that my dog would definitely need surgery. I left my dog there for the procedure and received a call that not only did my dog need sutures for a large wound, his neck was also infected and he needed to drain his wounds. I contacted Holly to let her know how bad my dogs injuries were and she stated “I didn’t know it was that bad.” She then assured me that she would file a claim with Rover to refund me for vet bills. I contacted rover a few days later to find out she did not open a claim with them. My dogs claim was almost immediately dismissed because the window had passed but Rover was so helpful and still worked with me. In their policy it states that they will refund up to $25,000 but the owner is responsible for the first $250. I contacted Holly and asked her if she could reimburse me the $250 as she was the one responsible for my dogs injuries in the first place. She has ignored my requests at this point. The only thing she did refund me for was my dog’s stay. I’m still out of the $250 that Rover will not cover for my dog’s vet bill. My dog still has sutures but is doing much better. I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but I believe this was very unprofessional in how she handled my dog’s injuries.

Anything you might believe I may need to know. Does it have any special triggers or anything it enjoys the most to make it’s stay more comfortable? Is the animal allergic to anything? Any specific treats it may prefer?

A typical day

Your dog is my friend too which means we may go walk around a trail, go play games at a dog park including fetch and to burn some energy. We might go to a dog great store for a special treat on me. We may get photos taken of the fur baby to surprise their mom/dad of a small present!!
