I’ve taken care of small/medium sized dogs for a number of years. The majority of which belong to friends and family but I have recently been dog walking for a number of my neighbour’s in the local area, usually at lunchtimes or whatever time works for them. I do this free of charge but would like to start doing this professionally.

Holly regularly takes our dog Faith out for walks or looks after her during the day if I am in the office. She has had an overnight stay and i am always confident Faith is very well looked after. Faith loves seeing Holly as she knows she will get lots of fuss and attention. Holly is a genuine animal lover who will provide the highest level of love and care to anyones pets. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

I have a small but secure back garden which is fenced off. I have a small outhouse that doubles up as my art studio. This can be used for pooches to sleep, chill out or join me for a spot of painting. Pooches can have full rain of the house, although I do have a cat who likes her own space so will probably keep her in the bedroom until she’s comfortable.

I find it useful to know what a normal day in the life of your pooch is. How often they go for a walk, if they can come off the lead and respond to recall. Are they more playful or chilled out. Any food requirements, for example if they need medication etc, I have some experience in this as my Bichon regularly needed tablets mixed in with his food. Any behaviours, any habits etc.
A typical day
Generally, I love taking long walks round the many parks in my area. We have some lovely spots which are safe for dogs to go off the lead. More than happy to play with pooch if he’s busting with energy or if your dog fancies a chill and cuddle, then that’s absolutely grand as well. Just let me know what your dog likes/dislikes and I will be more than happy to cater.

Availability
I work full time but I am based at home and my work schedule is flexible, however, for dog walking services, I’m more likely to be available during 12pm - 1pm and after 5pm during the week. If you require dog sitting services, where I can work from your home but taking small breaks to attend your pets - then anytime is perfect. I am also free most weekends and will let you know at the earliest convenience if I’m busy and unable to do a specific day.
