Pet care experience
I work an odd, rotating schedule so I may be open only half of a day, but I’m generally pretty flexible! My calendar is up to date through January. I’ve owned multiple dogs since I was 10 years old, first as family pets and then as my own. Since college I’ve adopted and owned several dogs from hospice aged Miniature Pinschers to puppy lab mixes. We currently have an 8.5 year old Bernese mix and recently lost our lab-greyhound to an autoimmune disease. I am an active pharmacist with passion for pets, kids and families. I have experience in dog sitting, walking and giving medications. I have specific experience with shy and high anxiety dogs as well.

Holly did 2 drop in visits with my puppy! She brought him on walks. Very dependable and flexible.
Holly was great! She was always prompt, responsive to my questions or remarks, and kept me informed of what my kitties were up to. She also had to give one of them insulin, and it was a relief to me to know my cat was in good hands.

Holly has grown up all her life with dogs. In her adult life she has adopted several rescue dogs and cared and trained them successfully. She ensures they are always healthy, happy and loved.

We have a fenced in 0.25 acre yard and a very calm and loving family pet. I use leashes on walks and whatever harness, collar or lead you prefer. We have 2 children, ages 6 and 8 who occasionally tag along for visits with pets who are kid friendly.

It is helpful for me to know if your dog is crate trained, what their daily schedule looks like and what they are used to with regard to children and other dog interactions. If walking, please let me know where leashes, favorite treats and harnesses are.
A typical day
Due to canine flu, we do not currently visit boarding kennels or dog parks or have large amounts of dogs together. We play in the backyard, take lots of walks and play with toys.

I work a rotating schedule at the hospital so am available some days at all times and some days only in the evenings or overnights. Please inquire ahead of time for schedule and I can see what fits in!
