Your Pet, Our Passion

Pet care experience

Veteran and neighbor discounts available! My partner, Marc has recently completed the necessary background checks and has been added to my profile. He will be occasionally accompanying me on drop-ins, walks, feedings, and sometimes overnight sittings. Marc is a proud Disabled Iraq War Veteran who thrives on bonding with and nurturing animals. Interacting with animals has become an import part to his post war recovery and therapy for his disabilities. He is a part time surgery technician & pet companion as well as a full time dad to our feline familia, Gonzo (especially when I am tending to your pets). Marc and I will complete the initial meet & greets together unless your pet is not comfortable with meeting both of us. You'll basically be getting 2 sitters for the price of 1! We are both fully vaccinated and privately insured outside of the Rover platform. For the last 9 years I’ve had the opportunity to care for a variety of animals in Louisiana, Texas and now in Colorado. From morning walks to administering medications to overnight care to daycare adventures. The pricing on this platform can be tricky and confusing when booking multiple days/pets. Each pet in the home must be included in your profile/sitting request and sittings will be priced per pet. See services/pricing provided in my profile. Please feel free to reach out if you have questions about pricing as I am more than willing to work with your budget via discounts. Dog walks are considered “drop-in visits” & priced the same. Use Promo Code: HOLLYB65783 for a $20 discount on your first booking with us! *last minute bookings (72hrs or less) are accepted for established clients ONLY along with an additional $80 fee. Caring for your pet in your home is always ideal for your pet. Whatever needs they have at home can be met easily with instructions from you, followed by us. Taking care of your beloved pets fills a gap in our days when routines can become monotonous and boring. Pet sitting is a part time role but a very important role in remaining humble in this journey called life. Whatever routines and play spaces your pets are accustomed to is what we would like to continue for them while you’re away. Most often your pets are more comfortable in their familiar space and routines. With the recent vehicle crimes in the Denver metro area, and my vehicle being a victim to these crimes, we are only able to accept overnight assignments that offer secured parking i.e. garage or secured parking. Street parking requests will be respectfully declined. My main source of income is driving hence my need to keep my vehicle secured at all times.

Holly and Marc spent extra time with us to get to know our special needs cat - they are kind, on-time, and make us feel confident our cats will get fantastic care. Thank you so much!

Holly was great. It was my first time using a pet sitter and I was very nervous to try it. She sent updates and pictures multiple times a day and helped make my dog feel comfortable being around a new person inmediately. I really appreciated the availability to stay overnight with my pets as well. Thank you!

Holly is so great! We had total confidence leaving our critters in her hands. We loved the daily updates and she communicated effectively throughout the duration of our trip. She has a lot of love to give and really enjoys what she does. Highly recommend Holly and we would not hesitate to book her services again.

Holly was so patient and kind with our newly rescued boxer, Sophie. Sophie has been through trauma and has finally gotten comfortable with us over the last few months, but is still very unsure of new people. We were nervous to leave her for so long, but Holly gave her all the time and space she needed. Holly’s multiple daily updates with pictures and videos helped ease our minds and we looked forward to them each day. Holly also took good care of our house, getting mail, shoveling snow, and even dealing with an errant smoke alarm. We would definitely recommend Holly and will trust Sophie’s care to her in the future!

We prefer to continue your pet's daily routines as closely as possible. From playing in their yard to walks around your neighborhood. We prefer to NOT take your pets to a public dog park as there are too many variables with other people's pets and other drivers for an unsavory event to happen on our watch. Your pet may be the best pet but there is always a possibility of an unfriendly pet being there at the same time or distracted driver along the way. Please keep in mind, we are in no way a pet/dog trainer, simply a caretaker. If your pet is aggressive towards other pets/humans/vehicles we will accept your booking on a case by case basis depending on how our initial meet & greet goes. Snow days: For drop in visits only, a snow day fee ($10) may be added to each drop in visit depending on the severity of weather conditions.

Information Holly & Marc R. would like to know about your pet

During our first meet and greet we can go over any special needs or routines your pet needs and is accustomed to. Any triggers or concerns, emergency/evacuation plans, can be addressed then as well. Detailed instructions from you will be expected either in the platform chat prior to or written and accessible upon arrival. (house alarm codes, door codes, keys, medication dose & method, feeding, cleaning instructions, wifi network/password for overnights, any scheduled deliveries/repair appointments, plant watering schedule, etc.) It's understood that we live in an age of surveillance, and we do appreciate it for the most part. However, if you have indoor cameras, we and Terms Of Service require that we be made aware of their locations before any sitting begins. Failure to disclose existence & location of cameras will result in immediate termination of booking and any future bookings. My days usually begin around 10am and end around 9pm. I’m very aware that most dogs usually wake up much earlier than I do and am more than willing to follow their lead for overnight sittings. For drop-in visits, my day begins at 10am. As a full time driver, my driving time usually begins around 11am through 6pm. I do prefer to take a break in the middle of my driving shifts which is usually the perfect time for your pets to get a break/snack/attention/walk. Marc will be available to drop in and/or sit as needed.
