We booked four 30 minute drop in visits. However, every visit she checked in via the app before actually arriving at the house. Also for the first two visits she only spent about 20 minutes at the house and was on her phone for most of the time. For the third she spent only 13 minutes at the house. For the fourth visit we encountered a problem with communication because she did not show up for her final visit. We reached out after our scheduled time ended and she said she had forgotten to tell us that she was out of town and would be visiting later. This worked out as our travel plans changed and we did not need this visit so she gave us a refund for the fourth visit. she did care for our cats and even cleaned their litter box even though we said it wasn’t necessary.

Holly did a good job. I would have liked to do a meet and greet before hand but she was busy the evening prior to our scheduled visit. I was also disappointed that she missed a check in time that was scheduled at 10am, by 11am I texted her to see if there was an issue. She immediately got back to me to apologize, her alarm didn't go off and she had worked her other job the night before. I understand life happens but was a little frustrated because my babies needed to be fed and let out to go potty. Other than that everyone seemed fine and that's all that really matters
