Pet care experience
Since the age of eight (42 yrs ago) people have trusted and relied upon me to care for their animals - you name it, I’ve cared for it. Dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters, even rats — the list goes on. I also spent four years working in an independent pet store a while back. I’ve always had pets of my own, as well. You can trust that I’ll love and care for your fur babies with all my heart while in my care.

Hollie is our go-to. We have never had a sitter like her. I could speak of her going above and beyond … I could speak of the way she does way more than expected for our little one … I could speak of the way she leaves our place … but what really matters is the peace we have knowing our furry friend is in good hands. Simply put: She is the best.
Hollie was awesome!!! We can’t wait to have her back for two upcoming trips. She is by far (and we have had some great people over the years) the best person we have had stay with our little guy.

My dog is nearly 16 yo and blind but I felt safe leaving her with Hollie. She was willing to read through and follow all my instructions for her care. Hollie sent pictures and texts reassuring me Harper was doing ok. She even left the house clean. She washed the sheets she slept in!

As I live in an apartment, I am unfortunately unable to care for your pets in my home, but I am ready and willing (eager, even) to care for your pets in your own home, whether overnight or throughout the day.
Information Hollie E. would like to know about your pet
It’s important for me to meet your pets ahead of the first booking. A meet and greet is the best way to do this. I do understand that sometimes dogs like to bark at new people, and cats can run and hide under the couch — and that’s okay. I can get a feel for your pet’s routine even without meeting that elusive cat ?. As for while you are away, the easiest way to give me all the info needed for the care of your animals is to fill out the information in your Rover booking profile. Feeding schedules, daily routines…anything I can use to keep your animals as stress-free as possible. My hope is always that, when you return home, you can jump right back in to your daily routine with little disruption. If you need to, writing it all out ahead of time on a sheet (or two) of paper is also helpful.
A typical day
A typical day with me will look like as typical day with you - in other words, I’ll do my best to keep all your routines the way you do, including scheduled walks, playtime (the most fun!) , feedings, etc.
