I hate to leave a negative review, but when it comes to my pet’s safety, nothing is more important, so I feel I have no choice. I left very clear care instructions that were not followed, which resulted in my 6 month old puppy being kenneled twice as long as the 3 hours she’s allowed to be at her age. I booked house sitting, but allowed her to sleep elsewhere, given that she was here at a certain time each morning and didn’t leave until the dog’s last potty time. She was always late arriving, sometimes by several hours, which resulted in my puppy messing in her kennel. It was so stressful being gone and knowing that my pups were not being properly cared for, but there was nothing I could do to get back to them, which ruined the relaxation of my vacation. There really is no excuse as to what happened, so I cannot recommend her and would not ever rebook. I’ll be very wary going forward of who I choose to watch my beloved dogs.
