Pet care experience
I have grown up around and caring for various species of animals including dogs, cats, birds, and reptiles. I have experience with animals of all ages through personal pet care, caring for friends and family's pets, pet sitting, volunteering at my local SPCA, shadowing at two different vet clinics previously, working at a Veterinary Teaching Hospital in the exotics ward. I have a good background with animal first aid and administering oral and injectable medication from my undergraduate program.

Once again Holden took great care of our dog, Vayda. His updates and communication is greatly appreciated. As Vayda is a senior dog on medication, we are grateful for Holden’s dependable care. Holden is also very responsible in looking after our home while he is there.

Holden is amazing! We had a bad Rover experience previously, so we were nervous, but he met our expectations and then some. Our cranky senior dog was happy and cared for and our house was spotless when we returned. I hope Holden is available to stay with us again soon!

A typical day
I love to take dogs for walks at nature preserves where dogs are allowed if the owner approves. I also have experience with enrichment and can create enrichment activities to help your dog or cat have to use their brain to solve puzzles.

Availability
I am currently not working aside from Rover so my schedule is very open to different scheduling needs clients may have. I am available for everything from a quick "Drop In" where I just take a pet outside or spend time with them to multi-day care, to even overnight stays at clients' houses.
