I have been providing personal and private care for my Rover clients over three years now and I truly enjoy spending time with and getting to know your furry babies! Thank you so much for trusting me and choosing me to be responsible. I very much know it’s worrisome to have someone take care of your beloved family member and I never take the responsibility lightly.

We are lucky found Hiromi as our dog sitter. She provides daily update and pics to let me hv peace of mind. My dog is happy with her. Will book with her in the future.
Hiromi is perfectly all that we hoped in leaving our “baby” with a trusted sitter overnight. Hiromi really does care for our Zoey and we are so very grateful that we could thoroughly enjoy our daughters wedding without worrying about Zoey because she was in very good hands.
Hiromi was an absolute lifesaver ! She accepted my request for doggy day care SUPER last minute and she was incredibly kind, as well as beyond accommodating to my Lala! She provided updates/pictures and took my baby for outside time/walks, which I know my baby appreciated so much🥹Lala is pretty apprehensive with being left with strangers initially due to her separation anxiety, but she settled in with Hiromi wonderfully and in a timely fashion, which speaks volumes to me ! Thank you so much Hiromi! Highly recommend your services and we will most definitely be using you again next time we’re in town ❤️
Hiromi did a fantastic job taking care of my yorkie puppy named Bunny while I was out of town on a business trip. Picked her up and dropped her off exactly on time. Amazing job at giving me status updates through out the day with multiple pictures included. I will definitely let her look after Bunny again.

*****IMPORTANT NOTES ON DOGGIE DAYCARE***** I'm flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. However, additional $5 will be added separately for: Drop-off before 9am / Pick-up after 6pm / Daycare over 10 hours *****IMPORTANT NOTES ON CONSTANT/PRIVATE CARE***** If your pup needs constant and/or private care, I can certainly accommodate the needs. Puppy Rate will apply. *****IMPORTANT NOTES ON PUPPY/SENIOR CARE***** - Additional $10 per day will be added if your pup is not yet ready to go on walks outside/not potty trained/has frequent accidents. - Please bring pee pads in addition to other items for daycare or boarding. *****IF YOU NEED TRAVELING SERVICE***** - I provide pick-up and drop-off service depending on your location and the rates shown is a base rate per roundtrip. I will provide a final rate after determining a distance. - Please provide a dog carrier or car seat for safe transportation. *****SAFETY MEASURES for COVID-19 & Dog Flu/Canine Influenza***** For clients' as well as my own safety, I've been extra careful about cleaning and sanitizing the shared surfaces (not to mention washing the water/food bowls, running air purifier etc.) to keep the space safe for everyone. Please feel free to share any concerns you may have, and to give me specific instructions (such as to avoid interacting with other pups on walks during a dog flu season). I'm here to help ease your concerns and to be a better caretaker for your loved ones.

Please let me know if your pup is comfortable with other furry friends. I usually host only one dog/dog family at a time but there are occasions where your pup may have a friend when other regular clients need help.
A typical day
I stay inside the complex for walks and my complex is very dog-friendly! Many residents have dogs here and it's almost like a big dog park. There are stairs to my unit (please let me know if I should carry your pup up and down) and my unit has a laminate flooring (I can use a big blanket to cover it if your pup is used to carpet).

I work from home full time and am very flexible to meet your schedule as well as your pup's routine. I live in a large gated complex and it's perfect for long walks with many grass areas, trees, and flowers. I'm currently accepting new clients for Daycare and Boarding. For repeat clients, I'll be happy to offer any other services and I'll do my best to accommodate your schedule. Please bring all food/treats, leash, harness, and favorite toy/item that helps your pup feel comfortable and at home. I'll be happy to send you updates with photos and videos.
