I've been with Rover for over 6 years and I love it! I work from home so your dog will have someone to hang out with basically all day. I can hang out with your dog at the house if they prefer, or for more active dogs, I am happy to go to dog parks, hiking, running etc. All I need is my lap top, wifi, and a good dog to snuggle with! I'm comfortable with dogs of all breeds and sizes. I'm also experienced with shelter dogs, as I foster dogs from Austin Pets Alive! from time to time and my own dog is from APA. She's gotten along great with all the clients we've had to far. She loves having new friends to play with but also is very attuned to when a dog just wants to be left alone. I believe that dogs (and cats) are members of the family, so I feel truly lucky when people let me take care of their fur babies.
