Pet care experience
I’ve been animal caretaking and dog walking since I was a kid. I grew up working on a homestead with a variety of farm animals and gained skills administering oral and topical medications, noting animal behavior queues, and of course giving copious affection! I am now a city girl working a from home with two French bulldogs who are very friendly with pups. Everyone enjoys snuggles and backyard romping all day while I work. I also offer professional photos of your pets! Each visit will always will include multiple check-in pictures regardless of the service you book to give you peace of mind. I have a fenced in yard and offer leashed walks and free roaming playtime as well. I am a very active individual, and if your pup is up for it we will take on hiking trails, the dog park and or greenways followed by lots of belly rubs! The majority of my in visit time is spent being active outside with your pet unless you request otherwise.

Hillary is truly amazing. From the moment we first met her, we knew that Smiley would be looked after very well. Indeed, Smiley was pampered under her care and adjusted very well during the two weeks we were away. Hillary sent us regular updates of Smiley along with photos and videos and we could see that he was having a blast whether he was playing with Louie, going on walks in the neighborhood, or just hanging out at home while getting rubs and treats from Hillary. We could tell that Hillary enjoyed having Smiley around as much as he enjoyed her company ?. We would definitely call on Hillary to look after Smiley again.
Hillary was a perfect, sweet angel human - and her distinguished gentleman pup, Louie, was an exceptional host to our two pups for the evening they spent together. Hillary was flexible, communicative, and generous with her time and energy before, during & after the visit - and provided regular and fulsome updates with photos & videos to keep us in the loop & reassured about our pups’ health & happiness. Hillary’s home is safe, tidy, well-lit, and comfortable for all furry friends - and Hillary (and Louie) have a beautiful energy that make us genuinely want to visit Raleigh, NC again just to have the pleasure of another interaction with her. A++, cannot recommend enough - thank you again (merci beaucoup!) Hillary & Louie. x
AMAZING! Great communication and I loved all the pics of my little man.
Hillary gave us our best Rover experience we've had to date... and we've had a lot! From the meet and greet, I knew she would take great care of our pup. She asked super thoughtful questions and was incredibly thorough - she made sure to understand exactly what Ben needed and what we were comfortable with. Over the weekend, she sent us a TON of great photos and updates, and it was clear that Ben was getting so much love and attention. We couldn't recommend Hillary more, and will definitely use her in the future!

For overnights and daily boarding clients please take note: bring a crate for their safety and comfort during the stay. This is required for all Rover clients. We have bunnies and garden beds in the backyard! While we are very close to downtown, this is a homestead environment.

A typical day
I love taking everyone out for trail walks and having toy toss sessions indoors. Local dog parks are an especially fun trip for the high energy pups and we do frequent the local ones for those who are crowd-friendly.

I have lots of time for extra attention to make extra house calls for drop ins. I have a greatest flexibility between 6-8am and 5-10pm.
