Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Hillary. This is my seventh year living in the Indianapolis area. I have been on Rover since May 2022. Prior to joining Rover, I helped take care of my host family's animals (two cats, two dogs, chickens, and one duck) during my first year in grad school. My host family relied on me to take care of their animals if no one else was going to be there, in which I was happy to help out. I often took the dogs on walks as a study break, fed them, and took them outside when they needed to go to the bathroom. I am also a huge fan of belly rubs and cuddles.

It was a last minute booking and she did AMAZING!! She was super attentive, loving, and clean. Our Mooser boy was very happy when we got home and that means the world to me. Will definitely be using her again!

I like to make sure that the dogs and cats get fed the appropriate type and amount of food to promote healthy digestive systems. I also do not mind the animals being on the furniture (i.e., couch, bed), but I know some people have different rules. Thus, it is important to communicate what is acceptable and unacceptable when caring for a pet in someone else's home. As a caregiver in home health, I understand the importance of taking care of your home. I like to show kindness to the animals, but am not afraid to be assertive when required due to bad behavior.

A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs physically and mentally. We'll play a bunch of games like catch, tug-a-war, and much more! We can go on car rides around the neighborhood and venture out to a nearby dog park.
