Hilines was amazing!! I was very nervous to leave my cat while traveling in a new country but Hilines made me very relaxed. Walking into her home you can tell she cares a lot about the animals she watches. She listened intently (to my horrible Spanish) while I gave instructions on how to care for Fig and followed them perfectly. Fig felt right at home with Hilines. She made sure to send me pictures throughout my trip and Fig seemed to be having the time of his life in all of them. Upon returning to Madrid to pick Fig up he didn’t want to leave Hilines’s home 😅 he loved staying with her. We will definitely be booking with Hilines again when we need a sitter for Fig.

Hilines es encantadora, nos ha tramitado mucha familiaridad. Ha sido muy atenta con todos los cuidados de lenon, que es un perrito de 17 años con muchos cuidados y achaques propios de la edad. 100%recomendable si quieres que tu mascota esté en las mejores manos ;)
