I've had dogs my whole life and find dogs of all shapes and sizes are my favorites :). I regularly pet / dogsit for friends. I carefully follow care instructions for your furry friend, and work from home Fri-Wed so our canine guests will have quality time to walk, play, or snuggle. We have a fenced yard that dogs love, but I stay outside with any dog who goes out. Shy dogs welcome, we usually warm up fast. My best dog-personality-matches are low-key breeds, of any size, but I've worked with a lot of rescue dogs with a wide range of personality types. If you don't mind cute dog photo updates to keep your mind at ease, I love doing that (but won't interrupt your time away if you need to disconnect for a bit). For new dogs, I nearly always require a meet and greet when you can come see the house and introduce me to your dog before their stay, so we can be sure everyone is comfortable. I provide very affordable care in my home, but don't provide pick up/drop off services. I'd love to meet your pup!
