We are a married couple with 3 dogs of our own, a lazy Beagle, a goofy chocolate Lab, and a loving Lab/Shepherd mix. We have both been around dogs our entire lives, from as small as a Pomeranian to as large as a German Shepherd. We understand each breed and dog is different and comes with its own set of challenges. We know how stressful it can be to go out of town without your furry friends, so we want to help ease your mind. We are willing to let your dogs share our home or travel to your home to feed them, let them out, and play with them. We are also willing to meet with you and your dog beforehand to better understand your dog's needs. Please contact us if you have any further questions. We would love to care for your dog! About this sitter: We are a married couple with 3 dogs of our own, living in Calera. We love all different types of dogs, from as small as a Pomeranian to as large as a German Shepherd. We are more than willing to travel to your home to feed your dog, let it outside, and spend some time playing with it, however we would not spend the night in your home. Should you want us to care for your dog in your home, we are willing to check in on your dog 3 times per day, spending several hours with them so they're not alone all day. If you would like us to check on your dog more frequently, that can be arranged for an additional fee depending on driving distance. Our base rate is $25 but we will charge an additional traveling fee depending on the distance we have to drive. Please let us know if you have any questions! Meet my pets Our home is located off of exit 231 in Calera, in a very dog friendly neighborhood. We have a large fenced in backyard with plenty of room for your dog to run around and play with our dogs. We love spending time outside with our dogs, so your dog will have a lot of fun with their new playmates! While we hope we never have to, our home is conveniently located near several veterinarians in the event we need to take your dog to seek medical help. About my yard We have a large fenced in backyard which is perfect for allowing your dog to run around and play. We will be outside with your dog keeping an eye on them, and making sure it gets its exercise! My experience administering medication Yes, we are comfortable administering medication.
