We're a couple in our thirties with one dog. We love to have four-legged visitors. It's a great way to extend our little pack! Polly Patches, our dog, likes having friends over but only if they are calm. She's an old girl and tends to get very grouchy around dogs that are less than 3 years old or very energetic. For that reason, we do not accept puppies or high-energy dogs. I work from home when we have a dog stay with us, so they are sure to get lots of love, attention, and walks. We live in an apartment and can comfortably accommodate 2 small dogs or one medium/large dog. Why I love dog sitting I've been a dog lover my entire life and a dog owner for twenty years. I love them all and I've been the proud dog-parent of two schnauzers, a border collie - australian shepherd mix, and a pointer. I've had cats too! I used to have 3 dogs but now we are down to just the one. My husband won't let me get more but he does let me sit through Rover so I can borrow other peoples dogs for short periods of time!
