Pet care experience

Hi, I am Hilary- a Professional and Loving Pet Momma! I have a very flexible working schedule and can accommodate most requests. I am professional, courteous, and loving towards all animals. Pets are so unassuming and love us regardless of our bad days. I think animal people are the best people. I love when families leave notes explaining schedule, personality, treats, meal information, and or any other information you'd like to share. Drop in visits include: Lots of pets, freshening water/litter, play time, the best of pictures and updates to family. I do not offer quick “drivebys” . I spend quality time with your baby. When I take care of your pet/s , it's like spending time with grandma or mom#2. :) They will be in excellent care. No judgement if you want a million pictures - because I want that myself🤓🥰. I will spend adequate time with your pet and give them lots of praise. Before setting a reservation with me you can expect that I will: *provide a meet and greet to meet your pet/s and family *learn about what type of care you need and how much time your pet needs *how and when you'd like medication administered *what types of toys they enjoy *learn your pets temperament *spend time with your pet so they are comfortable *learn about your expectations of me during the visit/stay *be detail oriented *respect your home and leave it the same way you left it My experience with senior pets and also medications: I have had a dog my entire life with my family and now 2 of my own dogs and 2 cats. My cats take allergy medications and I have cared for a family's cat taking daily steroid pills. I also administer pills by hand to my dog, Halle. We always follow these times with treats and love. I have witnessed how aging can change the movement and sometimes personality of our pets. My senior pup of 14.5 years- passed recently of oral cancer and I empathize what it's like taking care of pets with illness. My pup was taking many medications with peanut butter/deli meat/ whatever worked. I was present when I had to send my Jackson to heaven and have been there for a friend with her baby kitty. If you need support, I'm here for you. For Doggy Daycare: I can provide a calm, quiet home. Alexa’s are around the home for relaxing music and many windows to look out. Potty breaks every 2-4 hours. Your pet must be house trained. I have cameras set up to keep an eye on your baby from out of the home. **I have two indoor cats who are used to calm/ non reactive dogs. Your pup would need to be the same around the kitties and potentially with my lab mix , Halle. If not, Halle can stay with a friend during the day. A meet and greet would be important. We have a large yard and fence. I am able to provide exercise and toys/ your own toys for your pup. Your pup will be well loved. I work from home and am home most of the day. I have a very flexible schedule. I can accommodate your needs and work around most scheduling. I’m grateful for my ability to have flexibility. 😃 I will send pictures and videos to ensure that your baby is indeed, well and happy. You will not need to worry. I will love on your baby to make sure they feel secure.

Hilary was (once again) amazing! She provided great updates, and also helped us out when we had a last minute cancellation and needed our senior dog to be looked after as well with short notice!! 🐶♥️

Hilary was absolutely lovely! My kitties really took to her and she played with them everyday. I am quite particular and left a literal book of instructions, which she followed to a T. I am very very pleased with her service and would trust her completely with my babies again :D she truly does go above and beyond

Second visit with Hilary and it went smoothly. Rex is a very intimidating dog, but when you give him a chance he is the most loving dog. Hilary did just that. On top of that she is very organized and asks a lot of questions. I love that!

Behaviors, triggers like thunderstorms or sounds/noises, how do they show anxiety, security needs, how they do with new people, any escaping behaviors (fences, doors, etc).

A typical day

We would play with toys, go outdoors, play in water if you have access to this, or play tug of war! For older dogs, I’d go at their pace and let them sniff and enjoy lots of love. Kitties get their play time and loving too. I love cats, also.
