I grew up with dogs - large and small. From cocker spaniels to labs, pups have always been a fan favourite in my family. We got my first dog when I was seven, and we grew up together. I’m a confident and careful dog handler - and excited to get to know your pups. I’m new to this app - but love the concept. I live in a dog-friendly apartment. I love a good walk, and am excited to have a four-legged friend to keep me company. I also work in an office that allows dogs from time to time. I’m eager to have a pup of my own someday soon, but for now my love of travel keeps me hesitant to take the plunge. So hopefully I can help take care of yours while you’re off enjoying your own adventure.

What an amazing lovely person. She didn’t worry at all that she had to give my dog meds 4 times a day and eye drops. Quinn always comes home happy and well looked after.

I highly recommend Hilary, our dog Zoe stayed with Hilary over the Christmas week and she even took her with her to her parents place on Saltsprings! From the onset of communications to the meet and greet to the drop off was so easy. Hilary will ensure to get to know your furry pet and his/her schedule and routine and will follow things to your specific instructions. Hilary has a very calm energy and was confident in handling Zoe - being a french bulldog she came with many specific needs and care and we were are always cautious. However, Hilary right off the bat connected with Zoe and displayed confidence in her ability to care for her and was able to administer her daily meds. She was always in contact and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the safety and care for Zoe. We are so glad to have found Hilary and will definitely have Zoe stay with her again.
