Heysel is very patient for answering all the question and set up time to meet before I booked Jace's stay, since I'm first time using Rover she gave enough information for how it works, Jace was not neutered yet but she decided to have him during my vacation. Somehow during Jace's stay while Heysel was not home his crate's door opened and Jace escaped from it and chow on something at home and broke her ...

Heysel was great and extremely responsible. She was good about taking pictures of both my cat and dog and sending them along. Overall, the place looked just like I left it. I would recommend Heysel and she is helping us again at the end of September.

Haysel has been AWESOME as a daytime sitter for our English Bulldog, Kingsley. He is very happy to see her in the morning and comes home nice and tired. We often receive pictures of him out for walks or at the Stern Grove Dog Park. Thanks Heysel!!! :D ~Charlie

My name is Heysel and I absolutely adore dogs! My experience with the dogs that have surrounded me growing up makes it easy for me to know how to care for one. Growing up I've had two German Shepherd's, a basset hound, a golden retriever and Labrador mix, a rescued pit bull and we now have a ...

What Heysel would like to know about your dog

Do they get along well with other dogs? Are they okay to be off leash at a dog park or the beach? Is there any medication that they need? How long after they eat do they need to be taken outside to do their business? What are some commands that they know?

I also ask if you have a specific schedule for them that you'd like me to follow, I would gladly do so. My goal is to make your pup as comfortable and not as stressed as possible, and keeping up with their routine helps a lot!

When dropping them off (or if necessary, I pick them up) please have:
Their favorite toys
doggy bags
and any medication they need.
Unless you feel otherwise, its not necessary to bring their bed since I allow them to sleep on my beds. (yes, I have two beds)
