Pet care experience
I’ve had my family dog, Pono, for about 6 years now and love him to death! I visit him often in Kailua and dog sit when my parents are out of town. I regularly dog sit 2 different household’s dogs and their other pets whenever they are away from home. I like to take them out on jogs, hikes, picnics and car rides to new parks so they can see the rest of the world! I also dogsit a little terrier named Chance every Tuesday where I take him on weekly hikes or beach walks. Although I love being active, I also don’t mind relaxing with calmer dogs or pampering the pups that love to be pet. I have experience watching multiple dogs and/or cats at once and administering pet medication. I’m excited to meet your fur ball!

Simply awesome, my pup just had a mini surgery and I had to go out of town. I reach out to Heylin last minute and she took great care of him! Lando is now fully healed and happy as a clam, I can’t wait to have Heylin take care of my pup again :))
We really, really loved Hey. She was fantastic with our dog. Let me put this into perspective for you. Our dog is huge. 100lbs. And she is tiny. Yet she managed him well. He loved her. 5 stars. Highly recommended!!!!

Heylin has pet sat for us serveral times. She is responsible in her pet duties and gives the pets love and attention. Each time we have come back from a trip the pets are happy and have been well cared for. She even sends us pet photos while we're away!

Also, please let me know if your pet usually stays inside and/or outside, if they’re potty trained, and if they have any other special needs or behaviors I need to account for so I can make sure they feel safe and cared for. I want them to feel right at home!
A typical day
I love taking pets on adventures whether its the beach, a hike, a park, a farmers market, a jog, a view— all of it! On the other hand, I know some fur balls prefer the relaxing lifestyle, which I’m happy to do too. Sometimes I even like to lay a mattress out on the floor in the living room so I can give tons of belly rubs and pets while we watch netflix. Quality cozy time!
