🐾 I run Hester's Dog Services, Mijas, find me on social media or Google for reviews and more info. I have 4 years of experience professionally dog sitting and dog walking, starting in the UK and then moving out here to Mijas 🐾I have also fostered many rescue dogs and helped them find homes plus adopted my own dogs as well, giving me a greater understanding of dog behaviour. 🐾I have a diploma in canine communication and body language and have carried out a pet First aid course. I have volunteered for an animal welfare charity in the UK and currently volunteer at ACE (Animal Care España) here in Spain. 🐾I also have experience with cat sitting plus have looked after dogs with medical issues that needed daily medication.

🐾I take care of pets in their own home as I believe this is the least disruptive way for them. This means I stick to your routine so feeding, walking and sleeping all at the times they would be doing it normally.

Let me know if your dogs has any special needs or any behavioural issues that I may need to be aware of. I have dealt with many different kinds of personalities and "difficulties" over time and feel equipped to deal with most things as long as I am aware of them from the start.
A typical day
?I start the day however your pet normally starts their day, whether that is with a long walk on the beach or a big breakfast then a cuddle on the sofa. I am an active person so if the dog is a big fan of walkies then we will go on lots of adventures. I also always carry my trusty bag of dog enrichment tools such as snuffle mats, kongs, puzzle feeders and lickimats to keep the dogs occupied when we're not out and about walking. I will spend lots of time playing with their favourite toys as well of course.

Availability
🐾 I run a pet sitting and dog walking service full time so any pet care would be my only priority. In my free time I volunteer but only if I don't have any pet sitting commitments. I am free weekdays or weekends for anything your pup may need!
