I’ve been around dogs all my life and starting fostering large litters of rescue puppies and their mothers 4 years ago. I have fostered over 6 litters of puppies and raised them from birth to adoption. I have experience with all types of dogs/puppies and their personalities, as well as infant and sick puppies. I have truly seen and experienced it all when it comes to dog care! Most of the adopters of my foster puppies have reached out to keep me on as their pet-sitter because of my experience with their animal and dogs in general! I am a true dog lover and find joy and fulfillment in caring for and being around animals. I can’t wait to meet your pet! I am very active and love taking my dogs on frequent outings and activities. Based on your dogs energy level, this can range from a trip to the coffee shop, the beach, to a long hike or run!

Hellie is a responsible, dog loving sitter. We left our 6 month old puppy for the first time for 6 days with her and it went great. She sent photos, took her to the dog park, and texted regularly so we could really enjoy our vacation without worrying. We plan to use her whenever we need a reliable dog sitter.
Love Hellie! She took great care of my energetic pup while I was away for the weekend. She sent me an update and pic of him while I was away and was great at communicating. I will definitely book with her again.
Daisy had a fabulous time with Hellie. Daisy isn't a water dog, hates it in fact. She'll go in the ocean to her paws but that's it. I could tell she went in much further and had a terrific time playing with Hellie. I'm a bit jealous of all the fun my dog had.
Took great care of Zen! Hellie made it a beach day, which left him pretty tired and happy when I picked him up. Recommended!

The house is spacious with a fenced-in yard and is minutes from the beach in a great neighborhood. Seabright beach is large and allows dogs! I live with roommates who are all dog-people and will give your pet extra love. My family dog, who is great with other dogs, is here often as well, but doesn’t have to be! However she is patient, gentle, and has experience with less-than-friendly dogs!

Availability
I am currently a student at UC Santa Cruz, however all classes are currently online so I will be at my home in Santa Cruz. I am extremely flexible with my schedule and am open to anything from long-term boarding to day visits, scheduled visits, or just a walk! When I have pets I usually base my day around their care and exercising them :)
