I grew up with dogs, cats and hamsters. I also have extensive dog walking, sitting, bathing and care experience. I’ve stayed overnight with dogs of all ages and sizes at my home and their homes. I also love cats!

Literally the best sitter we’ve had for him yet! She gives detailed updates with photos and video without us even asking how he’s doing. She also only takes one dog at a time which gives her the opportunity to give them her full attention. Our dog literally has such horrible separation anxiety to the point he won’t eat until we come back, but Helena was able to get him to eat. He also usually just sits by the door until we come back, but he was comfortable enough to go further into the house, sleep on the bed, asked for face/neck rubs etc. We’ve officially chosen her as our permanent sitter for whenever we are in NOLA and I’d recommend her to anyone with timid or shy dogs.

I have a fenced in yard and a very walkable neighborhood. There is a park across the street with a fenced-in dog park for socialization and play time. I have central/forced air and no animals will be left outside. They will have lots of treats and snuggles!

A typical day
On weekdays I work from home full time. I love to take walks in the neighborhood to get a break from my desk. We also have a lovely park across the street for longer walks. On weekends I like to sit outside and read. The dog can play in the fenced yard while I’m reading.

Availability
I work full time from home, so it’s easy to dip out for walks/potty breaks. I also have a fenced in backyard which is great for zoomies. Central air so your baby won’t get too hot, and will never be left alone for long periods of time.
