I am a lifelong lover of all furry companions and my family have had all sorts, including many cats and several dogs. Living in a rural place, we used to take in stray and unwanted kittens a lot and we have had 4 Labradors from puppies. I currently have my own cats and a dog with my partner, we have 2 sibling cats, one male and one female, and a Newfoundland Labrador cross.

Our Labrador has done day care with Helena a few times and has always had a lovely day. Helena ia excellent at day care and has really looked after our dog, taking her out for enjoyable walks each time.

A dog in my care can expect enriching walks, plenty of play time, affection and treats! My feline friends can expect to be well catered for and get plenty of attention (if they're inclined to it). Dogs will always initially be walked on lead and I will always ensure I can adequately control them with training commands before they would be allowed off lead.

Some really useful information for me would be whether they have any allergies, anything that gives them a lot of anxiety and any behaviours that need monitored or you’re working to train out, so I can be prepared and continue the training consistency.
A typical day
Dog walks will always be enriching and engaging, with great environments to explore and moments of behavioural training, such as testing recall and walking to heel.

Availability
This is my only occupation, however I have a limited schedule, so I may not always be able to be flexible, but am happy to accommodate where I can. I am available for only group dog walks at lunchtime every week day and drop-in visits to cats, dogs and other pets between about 8-10am and about 4-6pm. I have transport to pick up and drop off dogs and take them to different places for walks.
