Pet care experience
Hello, our names are Helena and Hai. We have 2 dogs of our own and they are basically our kiddos. We have a fenced-in backyard that is a paradise and all living things would have a paw-ty (I promise that’s the last pun, lol). We prefer to board small to medium size dogs (Less than 30 pounds, some rare exceptions, feel free to ask).
Reviews
There are not enough nice words I can leave here for Helena and Hai. I almost want to leave a poor review so they don’t book other clients! ?. We had used other sitters on Rover and had no idea This is how a pet sitting experience should be. We received at least 2 to 3 updates every day including pictures. We could tell our dog was happy, having fun and being well taken care of. She even got to come home with a little report card about her stay. I’m hoping we have found pet sitters for a while!
Helena & Hai watched Zoey for the first time and I am so glad I found them! They really did a great job taking care of her, paying attention to each detail, including the food request we made! I highly recommend them. We will most definitely have Zoey visit again.
This was my first time using Rover. Hai and Helena were amazing sitters. They sent photos with updates and even provided a report card at the end of the stay. My dog was attached to Hai at the end of the stay. He usually doesn't follow males. Having their own dogs was a plus because it gave my dog a chance to socialize without having to go out in this Texas heat. We will definitely be repeat customers. Thanks again for the great experience and watching my dog.
Helena & Hai did a great job with our dog. Every day, we received pictures of Beag to ensure that she was doing okay. They also walked her everyday and tried to fit in time whenever it wasn't raining to go on a walk. Highly recommend them!

Our friendly doggos (Emma and Eli) are free to roam as they please and they are well-potty and house trained. The most important thing is to build trust because you are leaving a loved one within our care. That means listening and following directions to a T is going to be our foundation for our core values. Updates with pictures will be given EACH day to let you know your pet is in our care as communication is a crucial part of our values and building trust. We will also send you home with a report card and a possible treat so that you know how well they’ve been interacting with us and our doggos. Who doesn’t love treats?!
