Pet care experience
I've grown up with dogs and have experience pet-sitting dogs for neighbors and friends semi-regularly for the past 15 years. I have experience with both senior and young puppies, including administering medications. I don't have any pets at home right now so your fur-baby will get all of my attention while here!

Helena is amazing! I needed a dog sitter since I was going on a trip and Helena was so accommodating. My dog has anxiety and is wary of new people, and Helena was the calm caring person that my dog needed! She hardly barked at Helena. I will definitely be booking with her again!
We love using Helena to watch our dog Louie. He is allows super excited to see her when we drop him off. He gets lots of walks and attention and we know that he is well taken care of. She has always been reliable and is so nice to have someone who truly cares about your pet. I highly recommend her.
Helena is my go-to when it comes to a diligent, caring, fun, and responsible pet sitter. While she is conscientious about honoring my specific requests on how to care for my pets, she also provides them with lots of fun new adventures and activities that keep them happy, busy, and relaxed. Helena is a local UW grad with a Masters in Public Health and while it is evident that she cares for all humans, our pets are lucky to have her working in their lives as well.

Your fur-baby will be treated and loved as one of my own with lots of attention and pets. I do not have any other pets at home so your fur-ball will get all of my love. While I do live in an apartment, there is plenty of space for your pet to be comfortable, and the neighborhood is very walkable.

A typical day
We'll have an active day both mentally and physically based on your pet's needs and preferences with short walks around the block every few hours with pets and playing games in between work emails. We'll go on a longer mid-day and/or evening walk around the neighborhood or a nearby park checking out the new smells and end the day relaxing before bedtime.

I work from home full-time with a flexible schedule so I have plenty of time to play, go on walks, and snuggle with your fur-baby throughout the day! I'm available for boarding all week and daycare on weekdays. I love exploring new parks on walks and cuddling on the couch so whatever your pet's preference will fit in well on weekends.
