I have been taking care of dogs & cats for 12 years since I was 7. I can read their needs and health conditions really well. I have so much love for animals and so much energy to take care of them. You can put your mind at ease when I am taking care of your cutie ;) Any additional or special requests (such as grooming, bathing, taking pictures or going to the vet) can always be negotiated and hopefully, we can customize the best plan for everyone. This is our third time using Helen, and we absolutely adore her. Bruiser is always so happy to see her and hates to say goodbye. It brings me so much joy and comfort to know that Bruiser is in a happy and cosy place. If Helen’s parents need to help out, they are wonderful humans too.
Helen was great and incredibly understanding when there was a change in plans and accommodated a change in picking up our little guy when it was not originally the plan. She knew Monty’s Bio and asked the right questions when it came to Monty’s care. Helen was recommended to me by a friend and I too would recommend her.
I was so happy that our dog felt so comfortable with Helen. We have a bit of a nervous dog, but right away Helen and her family welcomed him and made him feel right at home. We will definitely ask Helen to host bruiser in the future.
Helen and her family has been such a great sitter/boarder. We had to board our pup last minute and she came to our rescue. Great communicator and did right by our pup and his needs. Highly recommend her!!!
