Avid Dog Walker!!
Pet care experience
I grew up with large and small animals on a farm. But I have owned my own rescue dogs for 4 years now. I have a pitbull named Penny and a pitbull/pointer mix named Boo. We adopted Penny when she was 5 and Boo at 4 weeks. We walk and/or hike daily.
Reviews
I have known Helen as a friend as colleague for many years. She is a consummate professional with a huge heart. She can be counted on to thoroughly complete any job she she needs to do. She will also think about the big picture of every situation, anticipating needs that may arise, and planning for meeting those needs. She is very loving toward all living creatures, but especially dogs. She has rescued several of them and what lucky dogs those are!

Safety, trust & environment
I am interested in walking people's dogs. I have used a harness, a gentle lead, and a pinch collar.i believe a schedule for food and exercise is essential to a dog's health.
Information Helen W. would like to know about your pet
It would be nice to know ahead of time what your dog responds well to. For instance, is your dog food driven? Toy driven? Etc. Does your dog have any injuries or special needs? Can your jog jog/run or would it be better to only walk?
A typical day
I like to run or jog with dogs. Play fetch. Walk on trails and allow dogs to get lots of sniffs, which is just as important as the physical movement.
Services
Helen can watch in your home
Availability
During my work schedule, I am available most evenings. My summer is flexible although I like a schedule. Once a routine is developed I stick to it. I prefer to walk dogs in the morning or evenings because of the heat.
