Pet care experience
Like many, I've grown up in a family environment caring for pets, including cats, dogs and hamsters. Where I live in Lenham, I care for a cat and a dog at home. I put the welfare of all animals as my priority and love to spend time making sure that they're happy and healthy. If you need last minute care for your pet, please don't hesitate to ask. I'm great with both cats and dogs alike. Unfortunately I can't look after your pet in my home, but when I house sit, I am there for your pet. My full attention will be in providing company, care and play time.

Helen was amazing with our nervous cat while we were away over Christmas. Despite our cat not coming out from under the bed much she still spent the time keeping her company and sent us updates with pictures.

I will never take a dog off lead when sitting, unless they are in a secure enclosed space. I give my full attention and make sure that their time is spent well, either walking, playing or having a well earned rest. I will keep you updated on any changes I notice and make sure that your pet receives the same care and attention they get when you're at home.

Any special requirements or behavioural traits would be useful to know. I can work with most things, but having a lead they can't wriggle out of will give everyone peace of mind.
A typical day
Walking is for exploring! I love to walk along the river and down lanes to find interesting places, but am aware that different dogs have their own challenges. This is their time and so long as they get some exercise with some stimulation for their noses, we're all happy! I will always provide some play time at home and practice some basic commands if they're up to it, however cuddles and nap time are important too.

Availability
I usually work on Sunday mornings, as well as Tuesday and Thursday lunchtimes and Wednesday evenings during term time, but apart from that my availability changes from one week to the next. Check my calendar or drop me a message and I'll see if I can fit you in.
