Pet care experience
I grew up in a house where the dogs got preference of furniture. No Lie. I have been an "Aunt" to several dogs in the city and have" dogsat" on and off for 16 years. I truly enjoy their company and live near central park, the water , several dog runs and in an dog friendly elevator building with AC. I am a runner and if your hound is up for it I can take them for a jaunt in the park. Or if your special creature is a senior they can relax in my quiet cozy apt. with lots of light and love. I have a masters degree in Acting and am a licensed CNA working with seniors citizens with Parkinson's Disease and Dementia. And am planning on going back to school to become a PCT( Patient care technician)

Helen is the GREATEST dog-person I know - I cannot recommend her enough! There is no one outside my immediate family whom my dog loves more, and I trust her completely. The thing that makes Helen so great with dogs (and I've personally witnessed her with over a dozen different dogs, including my Boston Terrier), is that she is naturally intuitive with them. She not only loves them, but she treats each of them as individuals with individual personalities, and tailors her care to best suit the particular dog. She provides a safe space with strong leadership. Helen is also a lovely person, incredibly responsible, exceptionally punctual, and goes above and beyond for her clients. You would be so lucky to have her work with your beloved pets!
Helen took such great care of our four legged family member that when we came to get Arlo he cuddled into her and looked up as if to say, "Good bye old friend." Helen took Arlo for long walks and he joined her in so many things and she made sure to get him to Central Park where he would have some good running time and meet up with other dogs - he loves all dogs. She sent us pictures every day letting us know how he was doing and texted us with little updates. We highly recommend Helen and the love she will show for your four legged family member.
Helen helped me take care of my girl for over 15 years, from the day I brought her home till the day I had to say goodbye to her. She was with us for both. She loved and cared for her as though she were her own pet. She walked her and did overnights on more than one occasion and always checked in to let me know how things were going. Helen is reliable and trustworthy and if my heart ever recovers enough to get another dog, I will call on her again and often!
