Hello! My name is Helen, I'm new to the Seattle area and Unfortunately leaving home means I'll be away from my family's dog, but I'm hoping to find some four legged friends to go on walks with, play tug, or hang out with in front of the TV. I'm available for overnight/ longterm stays or to visit a few times a day for walks and meals. Please contact me via email, text, or call if you have any questions!

The dogs appear to be well cared for and Helen was very conscious of keeping me notified of her time here.
Helen was great. She sent pictures while we were gone and kept us updated along the way. She even got dog food for us when we forgot to replenish Henry's supply. Henry took an instant liking to Helen. We hope to have the chance to use her in the future for our trips :)
Helen has been a loving dog owner for over 14 years. She has cared for every age dog - from puppy to senior. She brings the right amount of discipline and affection depending on the situation. Helen is a responsible person who is respectful of personal property and is very disciplined in her time scheduling. She is trustworthy. At this time she luckily has a room mate with a rescue dog but has a little room in her schedule to include dog sitting. I would recommend Helen as a dog sitter without question and more importantly - with great confidence in a job well done.
Helen is first and foremost a dog lover. She is caring and kind to animals. She is timely and reliable. She gives dogs good long walks and gives them the attention they deserve. Helen has had dogs in her family and has taken care of many dogs outside of her family. You will not regret hiring Helen to take care of your pup!

The type of care certainly depends on the type of dog. I have a very flexible work schedule and can usually work mostly from anywhere with wifi, so I can handle dogs that need a few long walks or multiple shorter ones. Overall I believe in positive reinforcement, if a dog is chewing something he shouldn't, I would replace that object with a chew toy instead of disciplining your dog.
