I grew up with 2 dogs, a Golden Retriever and a Samoyed, at home in Beijing. We first got Simba, our Golden Retriever and a year later our neighbours had to move to a different country and looked for a new home for their 6-month-old Samoyed, which is when we started taking care of Adam. I love spending time outdoors and I used to take Simba swimming in a pond nearby and cycle with Adam to deplete some of his endless energy. I'm thinking about getting a dog in London myself, and boarding/caring for a dog during the day would help me get a better idea of how much work it really would be on my own, away from being with family to share the responsibility with. I usually work from home or the Google office in Shoreditch, and I would take the dog to the office with me.
