Pet care experience
For at least 8 years or longer I’ve been taking care of animals. I grew up on a miniature farm and had all sorts of animals: ducks, chickens, turkeys, cats, dogs, horses, cows, goats, pigs, sheep and yes even a turtle. I have watched my neighbors dogs/farm, my friends pets, and clients who’ve asked me if I could watch up to two weeks.

I usually like to meet up with the owner and pet prior to the date. I follow the instructions the owner specifically needs but I do take pet(s) for a daily walk which can last from 30min-5 hours. I make sure the pet gets it’s medication if needed and a scheduled eating time. I also clean (brush/wash) the pet if needed.

Whether or not they are potty trained, if they need medications or extra care, knowing their bad traits/habit and what irritates them (mailman) or gives them anxiety (thunderstorms).
A typical day
I will take them on daily walks. Always make time outside in the yard or park. For high energy dogs I will take them on runs or hikes. I usually like going to Bennington Lake or local parks.
