Pet care experience
I was born, raised and still reside on my family's large crop farm, in Prince George, VA. These 40 years have given me the opportunity and passion to care for all sorts of animals and related care in the farm, as a child, and in my home, as an adult. I would love the opportunity to provide owners with excellent service and piece of mind by caring for your 4 legged family member when you can't. I am open to various routines of care based on the needs of each individual pet. Patience and respect are key. My pets are my other children, to me, and I will respect your furry friend, the same. I have experience with caring for multiple breeds of dogs, cats, goats, chickens, rabbits, birds, snakes, frogs, turtles, geckos... I love spending time with them all, even the daily checks and clean up! I can provide snake removal and relocation services. Also, I can provide yard poop scooping and/or litter box change out for additional fee. I offer discounts for elderly who need a helping hand, as well.

5 stars!! Heidi was amazing. She is professional, knowledgeable, and 100% trustworthy. I have breeds that are high drive and that can be problematic for some petsitters, but Heidi knew exactly what to do and how to handle them. During our meet & greet, she said and displayed all the appropriate interactions that made my dogs feel comfortable with. This told me that her level of pet care is not only backed by her studies, but also by her EXPERIENCE! If you are looking for someone that will work with you and your fur babies needs, is understanding, and will treat your animal the way you would like them to be treated, then Heidi is your person!! I recommend her and her small business to all my friends and family.
Heidi did a great job! Communicated every visit about what was done and checked in on the last visit to see if anything else needed to be done before she left. We definitely left our pets in good hands and will book her again for sure! :)
Heidi is an amazing caregiver for any and all dogs, even the super stubborn ones like my Bulldog. Thank you for everything you have done Heidi.

I have no preference on breeds or temperment. I love ALL animals...especially the ones that need the most love! I provide a form that allows the owner to provide all important info to include special needs or exceptions, prior to service beginning.
A typical day
I am willing to do whatever it takes to make your pets day, even better! I am also able to go to local parks for play or to my 5 acre home for "recess", within reasonable distance and time. I hope to be able to provide boarding/day care on my property, once renovations are complete, in the coming months.
