Pet care experience
I provide flexible care and have ample dog-training experience from puppy-adult and even special needs dogs. I offer boarding in our cozy home with a large fenced yard and a playmate, our dog Kevin. I can also pet sit in your home overnight, offer daily walking while you’re at work, or even just stop by your house to let out your animals. I love cats and dogs alike. I live close to rotary park, and have easy access to the canal trail for great walking. My services are flexible and I can provide other special requests upon booking request. I have a 40 pound lab mix who would love to have a play date if you are looking to acclimate your dog to others. I also offer hiking, vet visits if you’re unable to take him/her on your own, dog grooming, and more. I look forward to helping with your doggy needs!

Heidi has been walking my 1 year old pup for a few weeks now and she’s been the best dog sitter on Rover we’ve had!!! She’s great about updating me about my dog and his behavior and sends me photos while they’re out on their walk or playing fetch. Having someone I can rely upon is such a relief and thankful for Heidi!
Heidi was great! This was my first time using Rover and it was a wonderful experience. This was also my first time leaving my high energy dog with a stranger so I was worried about his behavior. Heidi was able to help take care of the dogs on such short notice and kept me updated. Highly recommend!

I have a very nice fenced back yard and a lab/hound mix named Kevin. If your dog doesn’t like cats, we have the luxury of separating our cats to a separate living space so they never have to interact.

Any special needs, desired feeding time, how often the dog is normally allowed out, if you allow the dog on furniture at home so that we can stay consistent, if the dog is friendly with dogs, cats and children, if the dog is allowed to ride in our car to the nearby parks, if microchipped and vaccinated.
A typical day
Walks to Rotary Park, on canal trail. We like to play fetch and our very friendly lab mix loves to play tug-of-war. We love cuddling and giving snuggles on the couch. Dogs are fed consistently at 7 am & 4:30-5 pm. Dogs with special needs will be considered.

I’m a stay at home mom of a 3 year old boy and 6 year old girl. We are very active and are outdoors a lot, however we are generally at home or close to home during the school week.
