Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover but grew up with two Border Collies mixes in my household. Later, we had Rottweilers. I love all dogs. I prefer to be surrounded by pets but currently, don’t have the time during the weekdays to give any pets the proper attention they would deserve. I enjoy getting attention from furry friends as much as possible. I am very dependable and will care for your pet however necessary! I have experience giving pets oral medicine as well as eye drops (on a jumpy new rescue). I am excited to get to know your pet and send you all the pictures!

Heidi did a wonderful job taking care of my Atlas for the weekend. She was communicative and took care of my puppy like her own. I would strongly recommend any dog owner in the Twin Cities to consider boarding with her! 🐶🧡

I live in an apartment that has many dogs in it. However, every owner is quick to avoid other dog interactions. I have owned very reactive dogs in the past (whether it be aggressive or scared) so I am always on high alert when it comes to surroundings. I live next to a dog park but avoid it on walks just in case! I do like my possessions so I keep a good eye on ensuring anything that might get chewed on is put away and depending on the pet’s amount of chewing tendencies, may keep my bedroom door shut during the stay.

Please let me know if there are any interesting quirks about your dog that I will need to account for. Please let me know their feeding and bathroom schedule, if they require any medication, and how they are around other dogs and people.
A typical day
I live by a park which is so nice for long walks! For a nicer walk in warmer temperatures, we can venture over to the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden. There are a couple breweries I enjoy that are dog friendly so if your dog is comfortable, and I am comfortable with your dog, I can take them to one nearby for a little extra fun. I create social content for work so I would be more than happy to try and get some awesome pictures of your dog inside and outside.

I work pretty demanding hours during the week and keep my weekends pretty free to relax. I work my weekend schedule around any pets routine.
