Heidi had quick and clear communication starting with the booking process and continuing through our trip. She sent us updates after each visit and even before a couple of them. She resolved an issue with our 6 mo puppy chewing on the floor mat and as a vet tech told us to keep an eye out when we got back as she sees lots of issues at the vet clinic due to rugs! Would definitely book Heidi again in the future!

Owning a senior dog, I was worried about leaving town for several days. But, having Heidi take care of her, I knew everything would be fine. She was able to give her a complicated list of medications daily, and was very patient with her. When I came home, I had a happy and healthy dog waiting for me. All thanks to Heidi!
