Pet care experience
Since I was very young, I have been playing with both cats and dogs and currently have about three years of direct experience tending to my two cats. I also have less than one year of experience walking dogs, including my grandmother's dogs. I am most experienced with short-haired cats and smaller dogs.
Reviews
Heidi has been walking our office dog, Bumpa, for a few weeks now. She always makes sure she is prepared before she leaves (doggie poop bags, proper leash, etc) and she even checks his collar to make sure it's not too lose or too tight. Bumpa is an older small dog, but is exceptionally spry and friendly. Heidi does a good job keeping him reigned in, but still allows people to get close to him and give him pets. She also does a great job with the 2 office cats- one is extremely lovey and the other is extremely scratchy and somehow the scratchy one is less scratchy with her.
Heidi, is a very responsible young person. She is very reliable and very caring. She has a big heart. Loves animals and being around them. Excellent at following directions. She will be an excellent asset to an employer.
Heidi volunteered to start walking my 13 year old BostonPug when I developed health issues. Bumpa can be a bit stubborn especially when it comes to wet and/or cold weather. But, he enjoys walking as long as he stays dry. Heidi will watch the weather and walks him when the weather is to his suiting. He listens to her encouraging him. Heidi has a good connection with animals, dogs and cats both. She is responsible. I trust her with my dog. She also was good with my 2 Boxers I had 10 years ago.
Heidi has taken care of my cats for the past 3 years. Whenever I travel, she cleans their litter boxes every other day and ensures they have plenty of food and fresh water. She also cleans up after them if they have an accident. I am very happy with Heidi's quality of care for my fur babies.

I ensure that pets' food and water dishes are filled and litterboxes are cleaned as needed (Usually once a day, but I will do it more if you need). I also set aside playtime for your pet upon your request. I ensure that all doors are locked when clients are away from the home. I also ensure that I have a good hold of the leash during dog walks so that they will not run away.

Let me know if you have any special instructions for taking care of your cat or dog and what their temperament is like. Be sure to include behavioral issues, personality quirks, and other information that may be relevant about what your pet is like. Also, let me know about your cat or dog's typical care routine. Pet Care To-do lists can be very helpful for me since I know that each routine is different for every pet. I am best at caring for mid to low-energy dogs, but I am willing to help out with higher energy dogs as well (Just be sure to let me know how they like to burn their energy). I can also care for most cats as long as they do not have a tendency to attack strangers on sight. I am unable to care for aggressive dogs or pets with severe separation anxiety.
A typical day
Your dog and I will explore the neighborhood or any local parks (As long as they are not crowded). We can also play with any of your dog's favorite toys, such as a ball to play fetch with.

Availability
I am available to care for your pet on weekdays from 11 am to 3 pm. I am not available on weekends or Holidays. Drop-ins and dog walks last 30-minutes each. Also, be sure to request meet and greets at least one day in advance.
