I've grown up alongside dogs and understand their need for movement, adventure and companionship. Daily walking is essential for your dog's well being, whether it's a hike on a mountain trail or a circuit through your neighborhood. I have extensive experience working with dogs, especially larger and more headstrong breeds. As a child, I regularly walked our German Shepherds and Doberman Pinschers when they weighed more than I did. My current fur-child is a spirited red Cattle Dog who loves adventures. As a a volunteer at a rescue organization, I walk dogs who sometimes lack experience walking on a leash. I've also initiated puppies into leash walking with success. I am happy to work with you on a system that works best with your dog. I am available to check in with your dog throughout the day, and provide photos and updates.
