My name is Hedda, and I am a 28 years old Norwegian girl, living permanently in Nice. I speak fluently english, norwegian- and do french lessons. I live with my boyfriend, but your pets will always be my resposibility- and it will be me taking care of them. I love all animals equaly, and have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, turtles, mouses, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas and horses. All pets are welcome in our home, as long as they are friendly, vaccinated and healthy. I will always tell you if there are other pets booked at the same time, and ask you before offering other pets a stay at the same time as yours. Normally I will not allow more than 3 additional pets to my own, except if they come from the same home. My days are very flexible. I have 2+ years experience as a Veterinary Assistant, and now I want to dedicate my time to offering pet services privately instead of working in a clinic. I am extremly passionated about my job. I am fully trained to handle, administer and give medications. I am also trained in lion-trim for cats, and simple fur-care including: bath, brushing, eye cleaning, ear cleaning, fur-trim, nail-trim, emptying anal glands, teeth care etc. I can offer all of this during the stay, some of them for an extra amount. I can offer up to 5 walks a day for your pet, depending on their needs. The walks will vary from 15 minutes to 4 hours, and will be something we figure out and agree on together in advance of the booking. It can be in the city park, calm neighborhood or we can go outside Nice to enjoy the nature, forest and hills. I am available 24/7 for your pets. You can reach me at any time by phone, and I will send updates in form of text, pictures and videos. I am very organized and structured in my work. I am also reliable, kind and easy to communicate with. It is important for me to see every pets different needs, to communicate with the owner and to make sure everyone feels good during my services. Hedda is hands down the best dog sitter ever! My senior German Shepherd, Yoshi, had a blast with her. From the moment they met, it was like they were long-lost buddies. Hedda took care of Yoshi's every need, making sure she felt comfortable and loved. She didn't just stick to the basics; she went above and beyond, taking him on walks, giving him his meds, and sending me regular updates with cute pics. It was such a relief knowing Yoshi was in such caring hands. If you want someone who genuinely loves dogs and treats them like family, Hedda is the perfect choice. Yoshi and I couldn't be happier with her!
My two cats received the care and attention they needed. Hedda is very friendly, trustworthy and dependable. You can see that she truly cares of the animals.
She kept my rabbits while I was gone for a weekend, and they got their own room and were able to walk around lile requested. I could see that she had a lot of knowledge and respect for rabbits, and this is sadly rare to find I feel. She did everything by my rules.

I only accept vaccinated pets in my home. Since I have a dog and a cat it is very important that you inform me if this will cause any stress or problematic behavior for your pet, so we can adapt in the best possible way for everyones best.
A typical day
My days are very flexible. I work sometimes in the office for a few hours, where it will be possible to bring pets. This work is also possible to do from home. Other than this I do french lessons 2 times a week 1 hour each, where I also can bring your pet- or do the lessons online from my livingroom. If I go to the shop, visit friends or have other errands I will always bring your pet, if asked to do. In general I spend most of my time in the apartment, or out for a walk. You can trust me on not letting your pet stay alone at all if not wanted.
