Pet care experience
I am available 24/7 and will make your time away from your pet worry-free. Knowing that they are socializing and being attended to just like the pet parent would. I love walking pets and spending time with them. Enjoyable caretaking for your pet that will give you peace of mind. I have had dogs of varying sizes and some cats all of my life. I am good at understanding the needs of pets and how they communicate with humans. I am a very fast learner and responsible, so any requirements you have for your pet will be followed exactly. I look forward to meeting you and your pet. "Mi casa es su casa" is a popular spanish phrase which definitely applies here - it translates to "my home is your home." I dont mind pets being on furniture or the bed and my home is always clean, orderly, and free of any hazards. I am available at all times so feel free to come meet me and my little dog Joy. I also have a nice Kia Soul with folding seats which is great for transporting big dogs if you wish me to walk them around the local parks - very comfortable. Hector is by far the very BEST dog sitter we have ever had.
I have known Hector since 2004 and have always known him to be compassionate, friendly, and above all trust-worthy. I have had all kinds of dogs throughout the years - large dogs, special needs dogs, and senior dogs, as well as puppies. I travel at least twice a year with my family for weeks at a time and having Hector as a caretaker for my pets allows me to fully enjoy my travels, knowing that my pets are being taken care of just as well as they would be if I was home. Hector is very good at checking in with me, and always responds quickly when I want to check in with how my pets are behaving. I have had two senior dogs, two rescue dogs, and several puppies and each one of them have loved Hector! Something about him makes pets feel at ease. He is truly a lovely person and I know he will exceed expectations as a pet caretaker.

I do not have breed preferences. I would like to know if your pet has special needs, such as being let out hourly or more than that. I'd also like to know if they have to be separate from other animals or if they are allowed to mingle with my dog for example who is small and very friendly.
A typical day
Riverwalk is a beautiful park to go on walks, we also have G.T. Bray park which is large and and well-kept. There is also plenty of grassy area around my apartment for older dogs or puppies who cant go very far. I love playing fetch, or playing inside with dog toys or cat toys (depending which is staying with me.) And as I mentioned, the pets I take care of are welcome to lounge on my couches. If I am dog-sitting at your house I will make sure your pets follow the rules you have set for them, to ensure their training is consistent.
