Dog lover providing a safe space for your pet

Pet care experience

*Please note I have a friendly female King Charles cavalier spaniel and would require a meet and greet before any bookings. If your dog prefers exclusively human company I may not be the right match for you.* *My preference is for dogs who need company, are lower energy and ideally smaller breeds. We are an experienced small breed household and I can provide 24/7 love and attention, for your oet* I have my own dog and have taken care of other peoples dogs for years (small, medium and large breeds) whilst they are on holiday etc. I will look after your dog like they are at home and treat them like my own. I know how hard it is to leave your pets with others and I will do everything I can to ease your worries. They will have a safe place to spend their day with me ☺️ I work from home so I am always around for loo breaks and can offer lots of outside time to your pets during the day. I live in a cottage in Allerton away from the main road with a small garden which is secure for small dogs.

Hebe and Jack are wonderful, trustworthy and friendly people. They took their time to come over, get to know my pets and understand exactly the care requirements I needed. Their puppy Milly is a lovely, well socialised little dog, with great training for her age. So happy to have found someone I trust in my home.

Do they have any extra needs? What’s their usual schedule? Do they get on with other dogs? Are they neutered if they are a male?

A typical day

A typical day starts around 7.30am with a potty break followed by a 45 minute walk around the local reservoir. Then we come back and have breakfast (me and the dog) followed by another potty break and then it’s chill time whilst I clock onto work. At 11AM we go back outside for a quick play and then it’s chill time again. Lunchtime sometimes involves a quick walk around the block, followed by some downtime again before my partner gets home for some cuddles and play.

Availability

I work from home and have flexitime which I can use at any point during the day for walks and play. We are a reasonably low energy household, with millie having around 40 minutes walking a day, with lots of cuddles and play time in between. We usually wind down early in the evening so if your dog is a night owl they might not be the right match for us!
