Pet care experience
I am a professional dog trainer. I worked in a dog boarding facility for over a year, helping teach/care for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I have a unique ability to show dogs an unusual level of patience and understanding, and I easily gain their respect. My specialty is being able to handle dogs with behavioral issues, ones who most people would rather steer-clear of. I enjoy the challenge of teaching any dog, especially the stubborn ones. I am an experienced dog sitter and dog walker. I enjoy taking dogs on walks and seeing the twinkle of satisfaction in their eyes when they go back home appropriately exercised.

When visiting a client's home, I treat their pets and property with the utmost care and respect. I care for the animals in the best way I can. During each visit, I replace water bowls with fresh, clean water. I also follow instructions given by the owners (through messaging or by notes left on kitchen counter) on how they want me to care for their pets. (For example: An owner might let me know they want me to give their dog a potty break, feed them, give them treat(s), clean up potty messes, walk their dog, etc.) I always try my best to leave client's homes better than how I found them and pets happier than how I found them. I make sure to leave them safe, healthy, and happy!

Let me know if your dog has any special needs or behaviors that I need to account for. Food restrictions of any kind, dog's general temperament, location of food/treats (if feeding is requested), special requests (such as wearing a harness at all times, give 1 treat per visit, etc.). I also need to know if dogs are allowed on furniture or not.
A typical day
I love to play with client's dogs as much as the dogs are comfortable with. (Some like to play a lot, and others, not as much). Weather permitting, I'll usually go outside with able-bodied dogs and run around to burn-off their excess energy. We'll play with toys and/or play hide-and-seek with treats (as approved by owner). Many dogs would prefer to simply stay inside and calmly cuddle or get a massage. It all depends on the dog and what they feel comfortable with at that time. I also like to take pictures of the dogs to send to their owners (with owner's permission).

Generally, my weekly availability is limited to the ranges of: 9:00am - 4:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday) 12:00pm - 4:00pm (Thursday) 1:00pm - 4:00pm (Sunday)
