Heather was great with our dogs! Def will use her again! The dogs had to enjoy being able to stay in their own environment a lot better than being kenneled up for 5 days. Its also great getting the reviews and pics of how everything is going every time she stops by.
Heather did a wonderful job with our 3 dogs, she was super accommodating when we had a last minute change in plans and made sure that we were well informed with how our dogs were doing. She made us feel comfortable that our pets were in good hands even though we were out of the country and had limited access to phone or email. We def recommend her and would use her again!
Heather was great with our puppy! We are new to the area and it was intimidating to trust a complete stranger to check in on our pets while we're at work. I was anxious the first day but Heather reassured me by leaving great info on the Rover card and sending a picture of them out for a walk. I highly recommend Heather!
Care for your dog like it's my own
Dogs have always been an important part of my life. My family has always had dogs (and many other animals), and I grew up with everything from spaniels and corgis to who knows what mutts, and even a german shepard-coyote hybrid. I've taken care of young puppies who are just learning basic commands, dogs with complicated health needs, and elderly dogs who just need some slow-paced TLC.
Between my own dogs, the rescues we've taken ...
What Heather would like to know about your dog
Because I've had so much experience with a wide variety of dogs, I don't carry prejudice against any specific breeds.
It is helpful to me to know what your dog's temperament is towards strange adults, kids, other dogs, and other animals as we might run into them during walks. This is just so I have a heads-up and can try to avoid situations where your dog might feel very uncomfortable.
Please let me know if your dog has any major health problems, medications that he or she needs to take, or if your vet has given you activity restrictions or a special diet I need to follow while I'm taking care of him or her.
