Did not answer the door for fifteen minutes when I arrived at the scheduled drop off time. I asked her to keep an eye on him regularly as he has been dealing with itchy dry skin that he has been biting at and when I picked him up today, he had a massive hot spot on his leg from biting that is infected and the hair has matted over from the wound. He is usually great with other sitters on Rover but he has not left my side since I picked him up and is not acting like himself. Additionally, I asked her to check in at least once a day and the only message I received was after I asked for an update.

Jojo is a sweet, somewhat anxious pup. When I came later in the day to pick her up, she pulled to go back inside with Heather - that’s all I need to know. She had a good time. Heather is also super nice, from my admittedly human point of view.
