Pet care experience
I have had a dog in my household almost my entire life. I’ve had the pleasure of owning and loving 2 wonderful labs. I've been dog sitting/walking for my neighbors and family members for the past 10 years and have been helping dog owners through Rover for over 3 years. My sister has also opened up her own dog boarding company in New Braunfels and I help her whenever I visit. I graduated from Texas Tech and just finished my masters program so I would like to continue to dog sit/walk while I begin this new chapter. Dogs are truly incredible animals who deserve endless amounts of love, even while you are away! I can walk, play, brush and love your dogs as my own!

Heather has gone above and beyond for us. She has been very helpful walking our dog, Buddy. She always sends a picture. One time there was a challenge with our locks and she patiently waited with Buddy until maintenance was able to fix the door. I highly recommend Heather if you're looking for a dog walker. Heather is a very conscientious student and person. She is not only responsible but has a passion for everything she does. She loves animals and actually treats them more like a person then a pet. Even if she just met your pet, she would treat it like she has known it forever.

I always like to start with a meet and greet so I can become familiar with the dog and their behavior so I know the type of care they need. Whether that be they are high energy and require longer walks/runs or more laid back and just need a stroll for the day :)

Please let me know if your pup has any disabilities that will limit their walk so I can accommodate them appropriately :) please also share if they are friendly with other dogs in the case we pass one on the walk. I’m good with all sizes!

I’m happy to provide whatever your pup will need on a walk! Whether they love to go to the park, chase a tennis ball or frisbee, or just to smell all the smells.

I work from home and manage my own schedule so I’m available for dog walking morning, afternoon and evening! I have flexibility on time for those parts of the day as well :)
